The project was thrived from community demand research. We conducted spatial analysis and design through three sharing levels: city, community, and dwelling. We also designed six types of residential units to meet the multi-layer residential needs of the narrow site. We sincerely hope that people can share various spaces and facilities and make new friends with their pets.

The project was thrived from community demand research. We conducted spatial analysis and design through three sharing levels: city, community, and dwelling. We sincerely hope that people can share various spaces and facilities and make new friends with their pets.
First of all, according to site observation, we find that many residents keep pets, but the only activity form with their beloved pets is walking their dogs on the roadway, which is inconvenient.
Then, we did some feasibility study from 3 aspects. In terms of social trends, the number of pet owners has increased in China in recent years. From the literature we can see that a pleasant pet activity space needs many facilities, like lawn and pet water. From the investigation around the site, there are several small pet stores near our site, lacking of dog walking places for the city.
