The project is located along the Qinhuai River in Nanjing. Two main axes connect key urban nodes around the site and intersect at the central plaza. The continuous tent-like roofs integrate various commercial functions, creating a waterfront, relaxing, and social environment. This design enhances the quality of life and strengthens the sense of community for local residents.

I was mainly responsible for the concept and facade design of the office building. The river-facing side of the building takes the form of a monument, responding to the main axis, and is connected to the commercial district by a pedestrian bridge. On the elevated side, the building extends towards the cityscape through a set-back roof design. The flexible floor plans can accommodate various leasing and sales formats
